Q: What happens if I am unhappy with a product?
A. If you are unhappy with a product, please let us know why. You can reach us at enquiries@smartkartz.co.uk, and we will respond promptly. We offer a 30-day guarantee.
Q: My Item is faulty what do i do?
A: Our 30-day guarantee covers any item that has been damaged during transit. If this is the case, we will replace the item for you. To initiate the replacement process, kindly send us a picture of the damaged item to enquires@smartkartz.co.uk. Once we receive your email, one of our team members will reach out to you promptly.
Q: What payments do you take?
You can pay with your debit or credit card, PayPal, ClearPay, Klarna, or Laybuy to split payments into easy instalments.
Q: Is the packaging eco friendly?
A: We are proud to say that all of our packaging is eco-friendly and made with as much recycled material as possible. We take our responsibility to the planet seriously and are committed to doing our part in creating a sustainable future.
Q: Product availability?
A: Even though we have very limited stock at the moment, we plan to expand and get more of your favourite brands and products in.
Q: Do you offer home delivery service?
A: Free same-day delivery to Chester, Ellesmere Port, Wirral, Runcorn, Warrington and the surrounding areas if ordered before 4 p.m. All our packages are delivered by UPS or Parcelforce next-day delivery. so you are in good hands.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately not at the moment it will be something to look at in the future though.
Q: How do I track my parcel?
