Q: Is everything COVID safe? 

A: We ensure everything is covid safe our team where masks we wash and sanitize hands regularly. our main priority is the customer so we want to keep you safe as well as ourselves. 

Q: What happens if i am unhappy with a product? 

A. If you are not happy with a product we would like to know why. if you email us enquiries@smartkarts.co.uk we will get back to you, we do have a 30 day guarantee. 

Q: My Item is faulty what do i do?

A: We have a 30 day guarantee if it has been broken in transit we will replace the item all you need to do is send a picture to us at enquires@smartkarts.co.uk and one of our team will get back to you. 

Q: What payments do you take?

You can pay using your debit or credit card. But we are looking at different ways in the near future to make payment more easier.  

Q: Is the packaging eco friendly? 

A: Yes! all our packaging we use is eco friendly we try to use as much recycled material as much as we can. We care for the planet as much as you. 

Q: Product availability?

A: Even though we have very limit stock at the moment our plans are to expand and get more of your favorite brands and products in. 

Q: Do you offer home delivery service? 

A: We do offer home delivery in the local area so that is Chester, Ellesmere port and the Wirral area but we are looking at ways to travel further. all our packaging is delivered by Royal Mail so you are in good hands. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Unfortunately not at the moment it will be something to look at in the future though.
